The base salary range for this role is $83,000 – $103,800.
Final salary offers are determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, specialized skills, and certifications.

Purpose and Scope of Job:
Primarily responsible for applying principles of cost accounting to conduct studies and collect data in order to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):
- Prepare and analyze cost reports and costing audits.
- Examine and review unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly.
- Present financial analysis reports and managerial accounting reports to Director of Finance.
- Participate in monthly close process. Enter monthly inventory and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).3
- Maintain perpetual inventory, conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and analysis.
- Generate and analyzing labor cost and shipments reports for management review.
- Conduct product line analysis for management review.
- Partner with key internal customers (i.e. operations) to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting and analysis, with a focus of continuous improvement.
- Lead various projects to improve accuracy and efficiency of cost accounting and managerial accounting
- Lead the development and maintenance of the activity-based costing system.
- Provide recommendations on system and reporting improvement to Director of Finance.
- Participate in annual budgeting process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of cost accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to perform complex mathematical computations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information in a confident manner.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to prepare reports/run queries with minimal error.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
