Join Our Team as a Senior HRIS Specialist – Lead Change, Releases, and Training Across HR Technology Solutions

Are you passionate about driving user adoption, managing system changes, and delivering impactful training programs? We are looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist – Change, Release & Training to own the change management process, oversee system releases (including Workday), and lead learning and enablement strategies across our growing HR tech stack.

As a key member of the HRIS team, you will lead efforts not only within Workday but also across other platforms to ensure successful adoption, user engagement, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Do

1. Change & Release Management

  • Manage and implement change initiatives for Workday and other HR platforms.

  • Oversee bi-annual Workday releases and support other system upgrades by coordinating testing, communication, and training efforts.

  • Develop and execute change communication strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment and user readiness across technologies.

2. Training Development & Enablement

  • Design and deliver training for Workday and other learning tools, self-service portals, and adoption platforms used across HR.

  • Create a variety of materials (user guides, quick-reference sheets, video tutorials, in-app guidance) tailored to diverse user groups.

  • Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of training and onboarding programs through feedback and data insights.

3. Digital HR Adoption & User Experience

  • Partner with HR, IT, and the HRIS team to enhance digital HR experiences through better user interface design, process improvements, and proactive enablement strategies.

  • Act as a champion for employee self-sufficiency and technology adoption.

  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve system usability and support model effectiveness.

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to scale change and learning initiatives across entities.

  • Support compliance and data integrity efforts by ensuring users are trained on secure and compliant system use.

  • Stay informed about industry trends in HR technology, digital adoption platforms, and user enablement tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • HRIS Experience: 2–5 years of experience supporting Workday or similar HR systems (e.g., LMS, onboarding platforms, or knowledge tools), with a strong focus on change and training.

  • Training & Communication: Strong instructional design and communication skills. Able to simplify complex digital processes for global audiences.

  • Tech Curiosity: Interest in exploring new tools and platforms that improve HR user experience and adoption.

  • Project Coordination: Experience managing training rollouts, communication plans, and adoption campaigns.

  • Workday Certifications (Preferred): Workday Pro in Learning, HCM, or Change Management is a plus.
