喷漆工岗位职责：
1、负责产品表面的喷漆作业，确保涂层均匀、无瑕疵；
2、根据需求准备涂料，包括正确的颜色和添加剂；
3、会使用喷枪，掌握正确的使用方法；
4、维护喷漆设备，保持工作区域清洁与安全。

喷漆工任职要求：
1、具备2年以上喷漆相关工作经验，熟悉喷漆工艺流程；
2、熟练调配、喷涂油漆及抛磨技术；
3、能够熟练操作喷漆设备，掌握相关安全规范。
