Trainee to Project Documentation

Project documentation is part of Engineering Management and we are looking for a Trainee who
- is engineer or economics student
- is open and eager to learn
- is flexible
- speaks fluent English
- manages the most common MS Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Your duties include e.g.
- delivery and receiving of documents to/from external parties
- updating metadata of documents in document management system
- visual inspection and editing of documents and metadata
- training and guidance on operating methods

Recruitment process
• Application period is until March 16th 2025, but we start the interviews already during the application period
• Interviews are arranged either at our company premises in Varkaus/Espoo or remotely via Teams. You will meet your future manager in an interview.
• Attach your CV, a cover letter and a transcript of records to the application
