Job Description

Position: Field Service Automation Engineer

Reports to: Director, Customer Care, Service

Purpose:

• Support SFW Services sales and execution with automation related tasks
• Support SFW customers with their plant operational issues and bring value through IZANA digital services measurement and control system related issues and development activities

Main tasks:

• Support SFW Services sales and execution with automation related tasks
• Commissioning and operation support:

  • Testing of safety devices and interlocks

  • Cold and Hot testing

  • Updating of operation and maintenance instructions according to obtained experience

  • Process control concept and basic automation improvements

  • Plant controls tuning and optimization

  • Support SFW vendors in commissioning of fans, blowers, soot blowers, feeders etc. devices delivered by SHI FW

  • Support on project’s commissioning plan and schedule development and report commissioning progress

• IZANA digital services deployment and Service execution support

Works according to SFW guidelines and rules described in Operating System.
