We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to join our Services Leadership Team as Vice President, Customer Care and Business Development (Europe & Americas).

You will lead and grow SFW’s service business across the Europe and Americas regions by strengthening customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and developing new business opportunities. You will lead regional customer engagement and commercial activities, monitor market trends, and build strategic partnerships that strengthen SFW’s market position.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the overall customer satisfaction strategy and ensure high service quality across the Europe & Americas regions.
• Develop and execute strategies and action plans to drive continuous profitable growth of the Services business.
• Build and develop the organization to achieve agreed operational, strategic, and financial targets.
• Provide inspiring leadership and effective people management to motivate and develop Customer Care and Business Development teams across Europe and the Americas.
• Drive customer retention and relationship management initiatives to strengthen long-term customer loyalty and business growth.
• Act as a member of the Global Services Leadership Team, contributing actively to the achievement of global Services targets and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other senior leaders to continuously improve customer experience and support overall business objectives.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within the service business, including solution sales and business development in the energy sector or related industries.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build credibility with executives, customers, and stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with strong persistence, leadership capability, and a proactive approach.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing international teams.
• Experience working across regions and time zones in a global organization.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and change management.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel globally.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, business case development, value proposition creation, business planning, and strategic management methods.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Services.

Location: Espoo, Finland (hybrid). Other locations in Europe may be considered.
